Tim Cahill started his career with Sydney
United before moving to Millwall for seven years, a stint which
included an FA Cup final appearance for the Lions in 2004.
The attacking midfielder was a revelation
in his first season in 2004/05, making the step up from Millwall
in the Championship with ease and scoring 12 league goals to
help Everton finish fourth. This Australia international signed
a new five-year deal with the Toffees in August 2005.
