1970 World Cup - Mexico
Muller was the penalty-area predator and always score goals in crucial moments, the couple of strikes against Italy in the most thrilling of World Cup matches are the best examples. Those two goals made him finished the 1970 tournament as the top-scorer with 10 goals in 6 games.
1974 World Cup - West Germany
Thought by many to have past his peak in the 1974 tournament, Muller still scored four goals. The last stike was his most important - the tounament winner against Holland in the Final. He scored an amazing 68 Goals in 62 national team appearances.
